Personalized Cards
Yes, the entire card (both Greeting Cards and Note Cards of all sizes)
can be modified in any way. The only thing we insist on printing
is our copyright statement and our business information (company name,
address etc....and that this card was created by My Photo Designs).
You may even remove our logo, if desired. Here is a picture of our
typical card back:

Are there other sizes or card stock choices available?
Yes. We can custom order the card stocks. Our standard card
stock is 60lb Matte paper. please view our
Material Information page for custom card stock paper choices.*
**Contact us for current pricing and availability for all specialty
card stock. Please note that there will be a delay in
receiving your order because we do not keep custom paper in stock.

Do you give discounts for volume orders?
For 2007, we have the following volume discount policy* 10% off
without box (for orders of 10 or more cards)
10% off for all 501c3 charities (documentation must be provided.)
Bulk orders of 1000 or more - We are not a commercial printing
company, but occasionally we can offer a substantial discount off our
regular prices for very large orders. Please
contact us for a free
estimate.
Discounts are usually given in the form of a refund.

What is your pricing? Do you charge extra for personalization's or
custom orders?
No, we do not charge extra
for custom orders or personalization's. See our
Pricing page for detailed information. Our Pricing page
contains our current pricing on standard items, as well as a few of our
custom selections...for all other pricing information, please
contact us.

Can I use more than one picture on a card?
Yes, you may use as many pictures as you like - you may order several
cards with each card using a different picture or you can specify that
your entire order use one picture....or you can have several pictures
used on one card - the choices are limited only by the size of the card
stock and how many pictures will fit on one side.

Can you "fix" any problems with my photo? (remove people, correct
red-eye, correct lighting, sharpen....)
Yes, in general, we can correct some of the more common problems with
photos, but it is not our area of specialty. We reserve the right
to refer you to a specialist or decline to "fix" your photograph (we
will only decline if the photo requires major surgery....i.e. there's no
hope for it....or the correction is beyond our experience. )
It is best, if the photo that you use, is sharp and crisp in detail.
How the photo looks when you send it to us, is how it will look when
printed. (in general). Back

Can I customize the Greeting printed inside the card, when I order My
Photo Designs Greeting Cards?
Yes, you
may customize the quote, greeting or saying, printed inside the Greeting
Card you order, for any card that we offer (both Greeting cards and Note
cards). To change the standard Greeting - Add your request in the
comments box, during checkout or email us, using your transaction number
or receipt number, assigned to your order, during checkout.

Note CardsYes,
you can personalize any of My Photo Designs Note Cards - just mention
what you'd like in the comments box during checkout or email us your
request. Please include your transaction number or receipt number
on all emails and send within 24 hours.

Photograph or
Artwork- Can you "fix" any problems with my

How do I get my photograph or Artwork to you?
You can send it to us, via "snail mail" - the Post Office, UPS or
Fed-ex. You can email it to us as an attachment (info@myphotodesigns.com).
Our electronic mail server can handle file sizes up to 600M per email.
If your file is larger or for some reason you can't email it, please
burn it to cd and mail it to us. See our

Will I get my Photograph or Artwork back?
Yes, we will return everything to you, with your purchase. If we
are unable to use what you sent us, we will return it free of charge.
If you sent us a film photograph or artwork that had to be scanned in,
we also offer to send you the digital version on CD.

Can I use a photograph that we purchased from a Professional
Photographer or Business? (example: Senior pictures, class pictures,
team pictures, wedding pictures)
We would
prefer to have signed, written consent from the professional service or
photographer that took the picture, allowing us to reproduce the
photograph for your custom order. If you are unable to get
consent, we may request that you sign a Waiver of liability form,
specifying that we are not liable or responsible in any way - that you
take full responsibility for any and all potential liability issues
involving the use of that photograph or artwork. Please be aware
that Photography or Artwork that you have paid a Professional or
Business for, maybe be copyright protected by that Professional or
Business.
- Are you
open to working with a Professional Photographer or Artist, to offer
their creations on Cards and Calendars?
Yes! My Photo Designs would enjoy working with you - we would love to
create an offering for your customers (and/or our customers, depending
on what you'd like). Contact Us to discuss the possibilities.
What are some of the possibilities? We can offer special
packages or pricing, to any customers that you refer to us, when they
use your creative product on our cards or calendars. We would
customize the credits on the back of the card or calendar, to meet your
needs. We can offer your creative products on our Cards and
Calendars, for sale on our website. (customizing each shopping
page to specify that you are the photographer or artist and even add a
link to your website or email address). The possibilities are
endless.... In today's market place, the more small businesses
network and cross-market their products, the larger audience they can
reach. It's a win-win opportunity for everyone!
